This website was developed to support the RFP selection process for 3rd party energy efficiency and demand response implementation contractors for Ameren Illinois Utililities (AIU)for 2008-2010.
CORRECTION NOTICE 3/24/08, 3:30pm
Table 4 of the AIU RFPs for "Residential and Business Energy Solutions" for MWh and kW are incorrectly labeled as “Cumulative”. It should be labeled “Annual”. As such, contractors are requested to report their AIU savings estimates as “Annual” for Table 11 to be consistent with the AIU DSM plan. Additionally, contractors are requested to provide their estimates for Table 11 in Excel format to assist with RFP review.
The equivalent table for AmerenUE RFPs for "Residential and Business Energy Solutions" are correctly labeled as cumulative. As such, contractors should report their estimated AmerenUE savings estimates as "Cumulative", again, to be consistent with the AmerenUE DSM Plan.
Ameren has extended the due dates for RFP responses. The new due dates are detailed below:

This website will serve as the central source for information about the RFPs, stakeholder meetings, and contractor Q&As.
AIU is issuing two RFPs:
1) "Residential Energy Solutions"
2) "Business Energy Solutions"
Contractors may respond to both RFPs. Additionally, contractors are invited to also consider Ameren UE DSM RFPs.
The above schedule is subject to change depending on final ruling from the ICC and/or at the discretion of AIU.
